Returns & Refunds

No returns are applicable for any defect on a promotional item (free with any product). Customers can return their order within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once we have received the product(s) and a quality check is done, the product amount will be credited back to you as reward points for the exact same amount (excluding shipping charges). Online refunds for shipping are not applicable. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For return-related queries (e.g., shipping address, warranty information), mail us at support@mrchx.com. The amount will only be refunded as a gift card for any cancelled or returned order. No claims for online refunds will be entertained.
